Application form
To apply for a place at the Chippendale International School of Furniture download an application form here. You can also request a prospectus and detailed syllabus, which contains an application from, by completing the enquiry form.
The completed application form must contain the names and addresses of three referees who have known you well for at least three years. They must be at least 18 years of age. Please make sure they will be able to respond quickly when we contact them.
You should also attach four passport size photographs.

References
After receiving your application, the school will contact your referees and ask them to complete and short form and return it within 20 days. We cannot proceed with your application until we at least two of your three references have been completed.
Meeting or discussion with the Principal
The next step is for you to visit the school and to meet the Principal, Anselm Fraser. This is an important opportunity for you to decide whether the school is right for you. If a visit is not possible, then you can discuss your application with the Principal by telephone at a pre-arranged time.
Visits are Monday to Friday and accommodation can be organised for you.
Registration
You will receive written notification as to whether or not the school can offer you a place within a few days of your visit or telephone discussion. This will include a Registration Pack.
If you accept a place on the course, the offer is normally held open for a month to allow you to complete the formal registration requirements.
These are:
- *A non-refundable deposit of £2100 that will be deducted from the fees due at the start of the course.
- A banker’s letter that confirms you has sufficient funds to cover the tuition fees and living costs.
- A signed copy of the school’s standard contract, which is included in the Registration Pack.
*A refund may be considered under very special circumstances.
